This program requires the Microsoft Windows for Pen Computing
       operating system.

       Copy the FIXREC.EXE and FIXREC.HLP file to a directory in your
       PATH  (i.e.  C:\WINDOWS).   Then create a new file program item
       in the Windows StartUp Group (using Program Manager's File/New).
       See your Windows manuals or help files for more details.

       To use the program, it must first be running as an icon.  Then,
       after entering text with a pen, just double tap the icon.  The
       text from your last handwritten input should be displayed, ready
       for your corrections.  (Some windows will require you to mark the
       text before double tapping the FixRec icon.)

       You may delete the README.TXT, VENDOR.DOC, and FIXREC.ZIP files
       as these are not required by the program.
